Click
on "tools" and then "accounts"
Make
sure the "mail" tab is selected then click
"add" then "mail"
Insert
your name
Insert
your full Email Address (make sure it is the one
you wish to setup)
In
the Incoming mail text box type in mail.yourdomain.
for example mail.microsoft.com. In the outgoing
mail text box type in mail.yourISP, for example
mail.freeserve.co.uk
In
the Account name text box type in your FULL Email
Address for example gareth.thurlow@romseyassoc.com.
In the password text box type in your password.
If
you are connecting through a phone line click on
the small radio button
Use
the drop down list to choose your modem
You
should of now successfully added a new Email account
