HRplus Enterprise, through its Executive Information System, provides decision support to key members of staff with easy to access point and click summaries and graphs. Its payroll module, POWERpay, is one of the most powerful payroll available. It has no boundaries in doing payroll processing. POWERpay provides integrated Time and Attendance Scheduling, timeclock or open desk support, fixed grade and flexible pay structures, unlimited earnings, allowances, deductions, banks, powerful open business rules definition and processing, employer contributions and life deduction support, out of cycle payroll processing (for commissions, productivity pay, etc), up to 365 payrolls per pay group per year, multi-pay cycle and multi-year archiving, multi-currency support, full audit trails, transaction management support, and scalability to support unlimited employees.

The system is hosted in a GUI capable of running native on either Windows 3.1/95/NT, Macintosh (including PowerMacs), and OS/2 frontends. The Database Server - Sybase SQL Anywhere can be deployed on either of Windows NT, Novell , or OS/2 Servers. Oracle Server 7.1 is also available. With its native ODBC API and support for OLE2 and DDE, applications that support these standards such as Excel, Word, Access and Lotus Notes can be used as real-time on-line extensions to HRplus Enterprise. Its superior two-tier client/server security design with full referential integrity and access to insert, delete and update access to tables being only enabled by stored procedures allows the application to truly support open systems and distributed environments with unlimited user connections.
